US-36 egg grader is combined with egg washer and single-row infeed section. The capacity is 3,600 eggs per hour and capable with 6 grades grading. The power source can be supplied from wall socket and system can be operated by one or two people. UG-36 is available; it comes without egg washing section.

US-51 egg grader is combined with egg washer, drying fan and six-row infeed section. The capacity is 5,100 eggs per hour and capable with 7 grades grading. The power source can be supplied from wall socket and system can be operated by two people. UG-51 can be built to order; it comes without egg washing and drying section.

US-100 egg grader is combined with egg washer, high-power drying fan, and six-row infeed section. The capacity is 10,000 eggs per hour and capable with 8 grades grading. The power source can be supplied from wall socket and system can be operated by two or three people.UG-100 can be built to order; it comes without egg washing and drying section.

Egg feeding conveyor enables maximum of 6-line egg feeding/loading at one time. It reduces the operational burden of egg feeding and make the egg inspection easier. Also, egg lifter is available to achieve better efficiency.
